We think so. The prices are reasonable for the speeds, and there are no data caps, equipment fees, or contracts—what you see is what you get. And what you get is up to 940 Mbps of highly reliable fiber internet.

If you’re switching to Verizon Fios, we highly recommend ordering your service online. Verizon charges a $99 installation fee, but if you order online, this is waived. Either way, the company will run a soft credit check. Unfortunately, there is no self-install option.
You can use your own router and/or mesh network if your system is capable of connecting to your optical network terminal (ONT) or use the one provided by Verizon at no charge. If you pay for gigabit speeds with the service, you'll also get an included mesh system called Whole-Home Wi-Fi. For most households, we recommend going with the Verizon gear.
Canceling your Verizon Fios service is fairly simple. Since Verizon has moved away from service contracts, there are no early termination fees involved. Just cancel service, return your equipment, and you’re done.
