How much does Hawaiian Telcom cost?
Hawaiian Telcom plans start at $20 and go up to $75. Unfortunately, plans at the lowest price point are some of the slowest we’ve seen—just 3 Mbps—and aren’t even considered broadband internet. Broadband speeds—25 Mbps and faster—start at $30.
These slower plans are thanks to Hawaiian’s DSL service in many areas, but it has a growing fiber network too. That’s where higher speeds like 750 Mbps come in. And Hawaiian’s fiber plans are a much better deal, if you can get them.
How Hawaiian Telcom stacks up on value

If you live on Oahu, you may also be able to get TV with Hawaiian Telcom. Bundling in Basic TV could increase your monthly bill by just $10, which is a steal. If you don’t live on Oahu, you can get a streaming service like YouTube TV, Sling TV, or Fubo separately. However, if you live in Hawaiian's DSL footprint, make sure your top speed can support the streaming service you choose.

Cancelation costs for Hawaiian Telcom
Saying your first Aloha to Hawaiian Telcom is easier than saying your last one. Contracts run up to three years, and if you cancel early, you’ll pay half of what’s left of your contract. That could get expensive fast! Plus, you’ll automatically be charged a $200 equipment return fee. (Woah!) Hawaiian will credit it back when you mail your equipment back within 45 days, but still. This ISP does have a 30-day moneyback guarantee when you first sign up, so really put your internet to the test and hit the eject button ASAP if it doesn’t feel right. If you delay, it could cost you big.
